Your First Visit
We encourage all of our patients to arrive at least 10 minutes early to their appointments so they have enough time to fill out our New Patient Form.
Your dentist will start by looking over your dental and medical history and completing a dental exam. This exam will include an examination of your teeth, bite, jaw and gums as well as oral cancer screenings and any required x-rays.
Based on your history and our examination, your dentist will create a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take time to answer any questions you might have about your treatment options or your dental health.

Any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance are your responsibility and must be paid at the time of your appointment.
